What is my student profile?

Your student profile contains the basic information we need to give you access to the Motorola Learning Center online courses:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • E-mail address
  • Password

To access courses, you must have a valid profile. To review your profile information, click Your profile in the left navigation pane.

My student profile information is incorrect. How do I change it?

To update your profile information, click Your profile in the left navigation pane. On the Your Profile page, you can:

  • Click Change your password to change your password.
  • Click Change your message board alias to change the name that is displayed when you post a message to the Message Board.
  • Click Change your profile to change your name or e-mail address.
  • Click Change your e-mail preferences to change your e-mail settings.

Follow the instructions on the resulting pages to complete your profile information update.

What are e-mail settings?

Your e-mail settings control whether you receive offers and updates from qualified Motorola Learning Center partners as well as the kind of e-mail messages you receive from the Motorola Learning Center online courses Web site. To change your e-mail settings:

  1. Click Your profile in the left navigation pane.
  2. On the Your Profile page, click Change your e-mail preferences.
  3. On the Change Your E-mail Preferences page, specify your e-mail preferences.
  4. Click Save Changes when you are done.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. To create a new password for your profile:

  1. Click Your profile in the left navigation pane.
  2. On the Your Profile page, click Change your password.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Click Save Changes when you are done.

How do I keep track of all my courses? How do I see my completed courses?

To access a complete record of your course activities at the Motorola Learning Center online courses Web site, click Your courses in the left navigation pane. You can view:

  • You are enrolled in these current courses: Courses in which you are enrolled that have not yet reached their end date and that still have lessons you have not reviewed.
  • You have completed these current courses: Courses that you have completed and can download a certificate of completion.
  • You have taken these past courses: Courses in which you have enrolled in the past that have reached their end date.

To access all of the posted lessons in your current courses, click the name of the course. Once a course has ended, you will not be able to go back to complete lessons, assignments, or quizzes.

To review a list of lessons and assignments you completed as well as the scores for any quizzes you took, click Transcript for any past or complete course. Quizzes and assignments that you do not complete will not be included in your transcript.

What if I've forgotten my password?

For your protection, your password is encrypted in our system. Because it is encrypted, we cannot look up your password information. However, you can follow these steps to have your current password reset to a new password:

  1. Click Forgot your password? in the left navigation pane.
  2. On the Forgot Password page, enter your e-mail address and then click Submit.
  3. Check your e-mail inbox for a message from Motorola Learning Center online courses with your new password.
